The Appling Christian Academy Eagles felled the host Crossroads Christian Academy Crusaders flag football team by a score of 42-25 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Faith Christian Academy Angels (Yulee, FL) in a Southeastern Christian East challenge, on Friday, September 19. Appling Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Angels go into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 30-8 league loss to Faith Baptist Christian Academy (Ludowici, GA).
The Crusaders (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Faith Christian Academy (Yulee, FL). The Angels come into the Southeastern Christian East test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Faith Christian Academy topped Appling Christian Academy (Baxley, GA), 34-13, in a league test.
