Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Ann Sobrato Bulldogs (Morgan Hill, CA), 27-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Evergreen Valley advances its record to 1-6 on the season. The Cougars host Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 30. The Cardinals come into the match with a record of 0-1.
