California High School Flag Football - Whitney triumphant over Davis Sr.

Spectators at Thursday's league bout between the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) and the visiting Davis Sr. Blue Devils (Davis, CA), saw Whitney's flag football squad wallop Davis Sr. by a tally of 40-7.

The Wildcats (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Sierra Foothill League contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, Folsom was trounced by Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA), 49-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) in a Sierra Foothill League contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Davis Sr. will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 8-1 record after their 13-0 league win over Del Oro (Loomis, CA).
