The Merced Bears (Merced, CA) flag football trounced the host Los Banos Tigers (Los Banos, CA), 60-6 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA) in a Central California Conference game, on Tuesday, September 23. Merced will attempt to better on its 15-2 season record.
