The Palmer Terrors edged the host The Vanguard School Coursers flag football team by a score of 12-6 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Terrors face the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO) in a 5A/4A Southern Colorado challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Palmer will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 18-0 league loss to Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO).
The Coursers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Elizabeth (Elizabeth, CO). The Cardinals enter the 5A/4A Southern Colorado challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Elizabeth held off Littleton (Littleton, CO), 19-7, in a non-league challenge.
