Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Tyler Knights (Sistersville, WV) and the host Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV), saw Tyler's soccer squad knock off Magnolia by a count of 3-1.

The Knights (1-10) will now prepare for their battle against Williamstown (Williamstown, WV). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Williamstown by Braxton County (Sutton, WV), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Blue Eagles battle the East Liverpool Potters (East Liverpool, OH) in a Ohio Valley (OVAC) battle, on Saturday, September 20. Magnolia will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Potters enter the battle with a 2-6 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH).
