The Lincoln Abes held off the host Madison Eagles football squad by a margin of 20-14 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Abes now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clawson for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Lincoln will meet a Trojans team coming off a 27-6 non-league win over Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 4-0.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI). The Vikings go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
