Gananda Central Blue Panthers (Walworth, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sodus Spartans (Sodus, NY), 3-1 in a non-league outing.

The Blue Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Newark (Newark, NY). The Reds go into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Newark by Wayne (Ontario Center, NY), 7-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Spartans play the Whitman Wildcats (Rushville, NY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Sodus will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
