The Fort Defiance Indians edged the visiting Wilson Memorial Green Hornets volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Indians confront the Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 23. Fort Defiance will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Gladiators go into the game with a 2-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Strasburg (Strasburg, VA).

The Green Hornets (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants come into the non-league outing with a 1-5 record.
