Florida High School Volleyball - Lemon Bay can't get by North Port

North Port Bobcats (North Port, FL) followers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Lemon Bay Manta Rays (Englewood, FL), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bobcats (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Gateway Charter (Fort Myers, FL). The Griffins come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record.
Next, the Manta Rays play the Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons (Punta Gorda, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Lemon Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Fightin' Tarpons go into the test with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over DeSoto County (Arcadia, FL).
