The Watauga Pioneers topped the visiting McDowell Titans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Pioneers confront the St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 23. Watauga will attempt to better on its 13-0 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC).

With the loss, McDowell drops to 11-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 22. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 5-7. East Burke lost 2-1 in their recent league game against Patton (Morganton, NC)
