The A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 1-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Wonders now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olympic for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A contest on Tuesday, September 23. A.L. Brown will face a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 6-4.

The Rams (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Ragin' Bulls enter the Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Hickory Ridge held off Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 7-0, in a league contest.
