In Thursday's league outing, the host Deer Lakes Lancers soccer squad scored a nice 14-2 win over the Leechburg Blue Devils.

The Lancers (8-2) will now prepare for their test against North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA). The Trojans come into the WPIAL AA 2 test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, North Catholic achieved victory over Leechburg (Leechburg, PA), 12-0, in a league test.

The Blue Devils now sport a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burrell for a WPIAL AA 2 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Leechburg will confront a Bucs squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Springdale (Springdale, PA). The Bucs record now stands at 2-8.
