In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Mount View Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 win over the Winslow Black Raiders.

The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME). The Huskies come into the Class C - North test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Maine Central Institute edged Winslow (Winslow, ME), 5-1, in a non-league test.

The Black Raiders now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Maine Central Institute for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Winslow will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Huskies record now stands at 0-4.
