In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Norfolk Academy Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks.
The Bulldogs (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Collegiate (Richmond, VA). The Cougars enter the VPL outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Collegiate by St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Mighty Oaks confront the Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 25. Norfolk Collegiate will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Dolphins come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA).
