The Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Scranton Knights to 0 in the Buckhorns league victory on Thursday.

The Buckhorns now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Pocono for a Lackawanna - Division I bout on Tuesday, September 23. Wallenpaupack Area will face a Trojans team coming off a 1-0 league win over Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-1.

The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Comets enter the Lackawanna - Division I game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Abington Heights by Lewisburg (Lewisburg, PA), 1-0, in a non-league game.
