Next, the Bulldogs confront the Allatoona Buccaneers (Acworth, GA) in a 4A Region 7 battle, on Monday, September 22. Cedartown will attempt to move on its 12-8 season record. The Buccaneers come into the battle with a 10-4 record after their 13-3 league win over Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA).

With the defeat, Woodland drops to 6-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Adairsville (Adairsville, GA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 20. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 11-10. Adairsville won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA)
