In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Dewey Bulldoggers softball team scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Collinsville Cardinals.

The Bulldoggers (23-6) will now prepare for their match against Skiatook (Skiatook, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 10-13 record. In their last match, Skiatook tipped Vinita (Vinita, OK), 8-5, in a non-league game.

The Cardinals now hold a 5-15 record. They play next when they host Booker T. Washington for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. Collinsville will play a Hornets squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Oklahoma Union (South Coffeyville, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 6-18.
