The First Presbyterian Day Vikings triumphed over the visiting John Milledge Academy Trojans softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's league game.

With the triumph, First Presbyterian Day improves its record to 12-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA) to battle the Trojans in a GIAA Class AAA & AAAA District 6 match on Tuesday, September 23. The Trojans go into the match with a record of 12-4. Tattnall Square Academy won 10-0 in their recent league match against Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA)

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Crawford County Eagles (Roberta, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 20. John Milledge Academy will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Northside (Warner Robins, GA).
