Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Silas Rams (Tacoma, WA) and the visiting Bellarmine Prep Lions (Tacoma, WA), observed Silas's volleyball team hold off Bellarmine Prep by a count of 3-2.

The Rams (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cascade Christian (Puyallup, WA). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Cascade Christian tipped Seattle Christian (SeaTac, WA), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakes for a 3A Pierce County battle on Wednesday, October 1.
