The Briar Woods Falcons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting John Champe Knights to 0 in the Falcons league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lightridge for a Potomac game on Wednesday, September 24. Briar Woods will face a Bolts squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Bolts record now stands at 1-1.

The Knights (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles go into the Potomac game with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Freedom was topped by Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA), 3-2, in a non-league outing.
