Texas High School Volleyball - Founders Classical Academy tips Calvary Academy

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Founders Classical Academy Eagles (Lewisville, TX) and the visiting Calvary Academy Lions (Denton, TX), observed Founders Classical Academy's volleyball team hold off Calvary Academy by a count of 3-2.

The Eagles (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Dallas HSAA (Plano, TX). The Angels enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Dallas HSAA was tipped by Greenville HomeSchool Athletics (Greenville, TX), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Wylie Prep Academy Patriots (Wylie, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 23. Calvary Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Patriots go into the battle with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Shelton (Dallas, TX).
