Fans at Thursday's league contest between the North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) and the visiting Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR), observed North Valley's volleyball squad nudge Cascade Christian by a score of 3-2.

With the win, North Valley improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Lakeview (Lakeview, OR) to encounter the Honkers in a 3A Southern Oregon test on Saturday, September 20. The Honkers go into the test with a record of 2-3.

The Challengers now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rogue River for a 3A Southern Oregon test on Tuesday, September 23. Cascade Christian will encounter a Chieftains squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR). The Chieftains record now stands at 0-5.
