The Cate Rams topped the host Villanova Prep Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Rams confront the Grace Lancers (Simi Valley, CA) in a Tri-Valley game, on Friday, September 19. Cate will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Lancers go into the game with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA).

With the loss, Villanova Prep drops to 5-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA) to play the Seraphs in a Tri-Valley outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Seraphs come into the outing with a record of 13-3. St. Bonaventure lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA)
