The Chrisman Bears topped the visiting Truman Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bears play the Lawson Cardinals (Lawson, MO) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Chrisman will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the outing with a 12-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over East Buchanan (Gower, MO).

With the loss, Truman drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Fort Osage (Independence, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 23.
