The Lucas Cubs volleyball squad (Lucas, OH), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Crestline Bulldogs (Crestline, OH)

The Bulldogs (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, St. Mary Central Catholic was tipped by Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Cubs meet the Danville Blue Devils (Danville, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 20. Lucas will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a 6-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northmor (Galion, OH).
