North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hibriten overwhelmed by East Rutherford

East Rutherford Cavaliers (Bostic, NC) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, East Rutherford advances its record to 7-7 on the season. The Cavaliers host Burns (Lawndale, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Monday, September 22. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 14-3. Burns won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC)

With the loss, Hibriten drops to 4-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a Western Piedmont 3A/4A game on Tuesday, September 23. The Cavaliers go into the game with a record of 5-11. East Burke lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Patton (Morganton, NC)
