Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Pickford Panthers (Pickford, MI) and the visiting Engadine Eagles (Engadine, MI), observed Pickford's volleyball team top Engadine by a count of 3-0.

The Panthers (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Rudyard (Rudyard, MI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record.

The Eagles now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brimley for a Eastern Upper Peninsula battle on Tuesday, September 23. Engadine will encounter a Bays squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Newberry (Newberry, MI). The Bays record now stands at 6-7.
