The Westchester Comets volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Fairfax Lions to 1 in the Comets league triumph on Thursday.

The Comets now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Venice for a Western outing on Monday, September 22. Westchester will play a Gondoliers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA). The Gondoliers record now stands at 13-3.

The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA). The Sharks go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Math & Science College Preparatory was dropped by Foshay (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
