First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Tattnall Square Academy Trojans (Macon, GA), 3-1 in a league challenge.

The Vikings (10-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA). The Demons enter the non-league challenge with a 5-16 record. In their last challenge, Warner Robins was beaten by Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Piedmont Academy Cougars (Monticello, GA) in a GIAA 6AAA challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Tattnall Square Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 8-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to Stratford Academy (Macon, GA).
