The Forest Bearcats topped the visiting Richland Rangers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Bearcats confront the Morton Panthers (Morton, MS) in a Class 4A Region 6 outing, on Monday, September 22. Forest will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 13-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Scott Central (Forest, MS).

With the loss, Richland drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS) to play the Chiefs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Chiefs come into the outing with a record of 0-13.
