The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Myrtle Point Bobcats (Myrtle Point, OR) and the visiting Gold Beach Panthers (Gold Beach, OR), saw Myrtle Point's volleyball squad notch a victory over Gold Beach by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Myrtle Point improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bobcats host Lost River (Merrill, OR) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 5-3.

The Panthers now own a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakland for a 2A Sunset battle on Tuesday, September 23.
