Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Henry County Wildcats (New Castle, KY) and the host Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), saw Henry County's volleyball squad achieve victory over Trimble County by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Henry County improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Bardstown (Bardstown, KY) to meet the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 7-4. Bardstown won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY)
Next, the Raiders meet the Eminence Warriors (Eminence, KY) in a District 31 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Trimble County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Owen County (Owenton, KY).
