The Herbert Hoover Huskies (Elkview, WV) volleyball knocked off the visiting Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV), 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 17-1 record. They play next when they host St. Albans for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. Herbert Hoover will clash with a Red Dragons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to George Washington (Charleston, WV). The Red Dragons record now stands at 11-6.
