Ohio High School Volleyball - Mineral Ridge over Lowellville

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Mineral Ridge Rams volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lowellville Rockets.

The Rams (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Newton Falls went down by LaBrae (Leavittsburg, OH), 3-2, in a league test.

The Rockets now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet test on Saturday, September 20. Lowellville will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Memorial (Campbell, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.
