The Marquez Gladiators topped the visiting Sotomayor Wolves volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league game.

Coming up next, the Gladiators play the Larchmont Charter Timberwolves (West Hollywood, CA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Marquez will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Timberwolves come into the outing with a 13-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA).

With the loss, Sotomayor drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Maywood CES (Maywood, CA) to play the Wolfpack in a Southern outing on Monday, September 22. The Wolfpack come into the outing with a record of 9-9. Maywood CES won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Torres (Los Angeles, CA)
