The Woodruff Wolverines volleyball squad (Woodruff, SC), dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Mountain View Prep Stars (Spartanburg, SC)

With the win, Mountain View Prep moves its record to 11-1 on the year. The Stars travel to Broome (Spartanburg, SC) to battle the Centurions in a AAA Region 3 contest on Tuesday, September 23. The Centurions enter the contest with a record of 8-9. Broome lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Union County (Union, SC)

Next, the Wolverines battle the Chapman Panthers (Inman, SC) in a AAA Region 3 battle, on Tuesday, September 23. Woodruff will attempt to improve on its 12-9 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 15-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Union County (Union, SC).
