The Red Springs Red Devils volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Whiteville Wolfpack to 1 in the Red Devils league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Devils now have a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Fairmont for a Southeastern 3A/4A/5A outing on Tuesday, September 23. Red Springs will play a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 3-0 league loss to South Brunswick (Southport, NC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Whiteville drops to 1-10 on the campaign. The Wolfpack travel to South Columbus (Tabor City, NC) to play the Stallions in a Southeastern 3A/4A/5A outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Stallions come into the outing with a record of 6-9. South Columbus lost 3-1 in their recent league game against West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC)
