The South Eugene Axe topped the visiting Roseburg Indians volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Axe face the Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR) in a 6A Southwest outing, on Tuesday, September 23. South Eugene will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Cavemen come into the outing with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Willamette (Eugene, OR).

The Indians (1-7) will now prepare for their game against West Salem (Salem, OR). The Titans enter the non-league game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, West Salem was dropped by Sprague (Salem, OR), 3-0, in a league game.
