The Corcoran Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Strathmore Spartans to 1 in the Panthers league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granite Hills for a game on Wednesday, September 21. Corcoran will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Woodlake (Woodlake, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-1.
The Spartans (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Lindsay (Lindsay, CA). The Cardinals enter the game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Lindsay was nudged by Woodlake (Woodlake, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
