Georgia High School Softball - Bacon County bounces Ware County

The Bacon County Raiders routed the host Ware County Gators softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Raiders (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Irwin County (Ocilla, GA). The Indians go into the 1A D-I Region 1 battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Irwin County was routed by Berrien (Nashville, GA), 11-2, in a non-league battle.
The Gators now sport a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Coffee for a 5A Region 1 battle on Tuesday, September 20. Ware County will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Lee County (Leesburg, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 12-5.
