The Cumberland County Jets volleyball team (Crossville, TN), went down 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Van Buren County Eagles (Spencer, TN)

The Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Marion County (Jasper, TN). The Warriors enter the A District 5 challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, Marion County went down by Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jets encounter the Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN) in a AA District 8 challenge, on Thursday, September 22. Cumberland County will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bees enter the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN).
