Alabama High School Volleyball - Wellborn over Glencoe

In Monday's non-league contest, the Wellborn Panthers (Anniston, AL) volleyball squad were winner over the host Glencoe Yellowjackets (Glencoe, AL), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL) in a 3A Area 8 contest, on Thursday, September 22. Wellborn will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Saks (Anniston, AL).

With the loss, Glencoe moves to 13-12 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL) to battle the Warriors in a 2A Area 12 contest on Thursday, September 22. The Warriors go into the contest with a record of 8-1.
