Florida High School Volleyball - Wildwood tips Hawthorne

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Wildwood Wildcats (Wildwood, FL) and the visiting Hawthorne Hornets (Hawthorne, FL), saw Wildwood's volleyball squad nip Hawthorne by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Wildwood upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Central (Brooksville, FL) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 21. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-11. Central lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL)

The Hornets now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Fort White for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 29.
