In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Kings Park Kingsmen volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Islip Buccaneers.

The Kingsmen (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hauppauge (Hauppauge, NY). The Eagles come into the Section 11 A-5 battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Hauppauge achieved victory over West Babylon (West Babylon, NY), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Buccaneers clash with the Amityville Memorial Warriors (Amityville, NY) in a Section 11 A-6 battle, on Wednesday, September 21. Islip will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Harborfields (Greenlawn, NY).
