Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans (Henderson, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC) in a NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A match, on Tuesday, September 20. Kerr-Vance Academy will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Patriots come into the match with a 7-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Community Christian (Wilson, NC).

With the loss, Northeast Academy drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC) to battle the Colts in a NCISAA Tarheel Independent match on Tuesday, September 20. The Colts come into the match with a record of 12-4. Albemarle School lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Currituck County (Barco, NC)
