The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) and the visiting Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), saw Rappahannock County's volleyball squad beat Riverheads by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Rappahannock County upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The travel to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to play the Rams in a Bull Run bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 0-4.
The Gladiators now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Staunton for a Shenandoah bout on Tuesday, September 20. Riverheads will play a Storm squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Storm record now stands at 2-7.
