The Apex Cougars topped the visiting Holly Springs Golden Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green Level for a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. Apex will confront a Gators team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Gators record now stands at 3-4.
The Golden Hawks (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Apex Friendship gained a win over Green Level (Cary, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
