North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southern Guilford over High Point Central

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) and the host High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), saw Southern Guilford's volleyball squad beat High Point Central by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Southern Guilford upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Storm travel to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Rockingham County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Bison now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Dudley for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. High Point Central will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.
