Nebraska High School Volleyball - Anselmo-Merna can't hold off South Loup

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting South Loup volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Anselmo-Merna Coyotes.

The (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE). The Buffaloes come into the non-league battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Elm Creek was edged by Overton (Overton, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Coyotes encounter the Mullen Broncos (Mullen, NE) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 22. Anselmo-Merna will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Broncos come into the battle with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Hyannis (Hyannis, NE).
